and Karate all began.

Shaolin CHIN NA 2-man Form Vol. 1

The most popular forms that use CHIN NA today are Akido, Judo and Ju Jitsu. They focus on blocking, holding, tripping and throwing. CHIN NA believed most effective, and considered to be the highest level because it shows locking counters, is still taught today by Kung Fu Masters, many Akido Black Belt instructors have come to learn from the origin of their style, they come to be taught CHIN NA.

In this tape you will go through the techniques slowly, and you will eventually exercise all these techniques to apprehend an opponent, and learn how to counter these techniques if they're applied to you.

Basically, Starting with this first technique one could know and understand body movement to a pre-choreographed sequence of a two man form, where one knows each others movement. They work together at applying techniques that are executed tohold an individual with out hurting or maiming them. Subduing an individual by what could be an arm lock or a shoulder lock, in a situation created predicament that obstructs or locks you opponents foundation.

CHIN NA is base of a Kung Fu system China, integrated into other styles of Kung Fu styles called Eagel Claw, Hungar, Most popular Shaolin.

Kung FU, a superior martial art derived from the Shaolin Temple in China (Made popular in the 70's in the TV series "Kung Fu" starred David Caradene) these styles of self-defense techniques, dominated the entire oriental matial arts field for several thousand years. It is also an excellent ecercise for both men and women of all ages for a stronger body and mind.

This tape will encompass two sequences of CHIN NA, each sequence with two positions. Aand B. Position A will initiate a movement, Position B will counter that movement, and lock that person in a locking technique, then position B will show how to neutralize the movement, and counter, applying another locking technique. Position A will then counter and or neutrlize the lock and re-initiate with another.... Goingon, vice versa through several types of techniques until the form ends.

FORM: is a sequence of series of movements that you do alone or with another person. (simulating a fighting situation scenario)

CHIN NA may be the easiest to learn, but may be the most difficult to practice because of the need of another person to apply it. It requires repetition to master, however you don't need to practice as often as a single man form or kata. Because once you are forced to perform a movement, and it is applied to you several tiems, your body reacts instictively and you will perform the movement on another automatically....This we call;muscle memory.

The system dates back over 2000 years. Kung FU is one of the oldest martial arts. All other systems Akido, Judo, Ju Jitsu, Karate, Okanawa forms came from Kung Fu. Theory has it, that the Chinese deliberately taught other methods of Kung Fu to outsiders so the their techniques would not get into the wrong hands, feeling was that they would be protecting themselves by holding the origianl form to only the temple monks.

Some people claim that other styles have been changed because they were not able to practice sufficiently to get the full foundation and benifit. So training was altered to be harder and more ridged, deviating to bring about a system of their own, to be mor mommon Arts we know today.
