Quality Control
All delivered tape drives (sales, advanc exchanges, and repairs) are tested by OEM test software to OEM specifications. Drives are never shipped without passing all of our tests. All E-Proms, Chips, Rev levels, and bezel colors are coordinated to the OEM's specifications and to the customers needs. All drives are entered into our database by the drives serial number and our customers P.O. number. these records are kept for 2 years. We can also supply drives that are not in our possession. Gigabytes Inc. is set up to have several vendors drop ship for us all over the world.
Advance Exchange
Gigabytes Inc. offers our customers advance exchange on drives, where we will ship out the tape drive the same day and will give you fifteen (15) days to return the core drive. If after fifteen (15) days we have not received the drive we will bill the difference between the predetermined sale and the exchange price.
Product Line
Gigabytes Inc. specializes in current production tape drives as well as out of production models that can no longer be bought from the manufacturer. We can provide these drives or counsel your representatives on newer version compatible drives. Our technicians have over 14 years expericence in the tape drive field and will answer any questions you might have. Gigabytes Inc. buy's in bulk, and we also refurbish models ourselves, so we can offer your company prices well below distribution or OEM pricing.
